| Allergens/Safety Advice | Dissolve 4 to 8 tablets on or under the tongue 3 times per day. Children to 12 yrs half dosage. Do not exceed the recommended dose. 12 tablets provide 13.75ug of Biotin (27.5% Reference Intake). These may safely be taken with supplements or medicines. For allergens see ingredients in bold.
